Safety Reality Walkthrough
A Safety Reality Walkthrough is a first meeting, management conversation, and facility familiarization walkthrough designed to understand what is already in place, what has changed, and what kind of help is actually needed.
It is not a full audit, formal inspection, or paperwork-heavy review. We start by sitting down with ownership, management, HR, operations, or supervisors so they can describe how safety is currently being handled, what programs or records they already have, what concerns are coming up, and where they feel unsure. After that conversation, we take a familiarization walk through the facility together to better understand the operation, workflow, people, equipment, and safety pressures that show up in real work.
