Mobile Hazard Reporting, Follow-Through & Weekly Management Reporting

Keep Reported Hazards Visible Until the Client Reports Completion

Hazards identified during normal work can be lost in conversations, text messages, email, or memory. Command Post Safety provides a managed reporting and follow-through process that converts supervisor observations into consistent management visibility.

How It Works

  • A designated supervisor photographs a hazard, adds a short description, and publishes the observation through a simple mobile reporting tool.
  • The reporting system automatically creates a dated record showing the reporting supervisor, description, and photograph.
  • Command Post Safety reviews open items and follows up with supervisors by phone, text, email, or during scheduled visits.
  • The supervisor corrects the condition or routes it to maintenance or another responsible person.
  • Command Post Safety tracks progress, offers practical guidance within scope, and flags stalled or overdue items.
  • Plant management receives a weekly corrective-action report and dashboard PDF showing current status and visible trends.

What Plant Management Receives

  • A corrective-action report showing new, open, overdue, recurring, and reported-complete items
  • A dashboard PDF summarizing current hazard and follow-through information
  • Visibility into who reported each item and who is handling the correction
  • Follow-up activity that keeps unresolved items visible
  • Practical guidance when supervisors need help determining a reasonable next step

Managed Reporting Access

Command Post Safety manages the reporting process and provides the corrective-action report and dashboard PDF directly to plant management. The standard service does not require the client to administer a separate platform or maintain a direct login. Additional current reports may be requested through Command Post Safety within the agreed scope.

Responsibilities and Service Boundary

Command Post Safety reviews submissions, follows up, provides practical guidance, tracks progress, and reports status. The client selects and performs the correction, provides resources, routes work to maintenance or another responsible person, and reports completion. Items are updated or closed based on completion information and reasonable evidence supplied by the client. A closed item does not mean Command Post Safety independently inspected or certified the correction unless onsite verification is specifically included in the written scope.
